These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website located at sentir.you (“Site”) and the services offered through it by Mariia Korneeva, operating as SENTIR (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

This Site is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

AGREEMENT

By accessing this Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

SENTIR offers individualized movement and somatic transformation programs (“Services”). Each program consists of five in-person sessions led by Mariia Korneeva, a movement practitioner providing non-clinical, movement-based services, with an academic background in psychology. Sessions are designed around each client’s individual goals and conducted at locations agreed upon in advance between the parties.

SENTIR does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy. The Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or emotional health condition. Participation in SENTIR programs is not a substitute for treatment by a licensed healthcare or mental health provider. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult a qualified licensed professional before engaging our services.

SENTIR programs are offered to adults only. By purchasing services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphic elements, design, and any other materials, is the sole property of Mariia Korneeva / SENTIR and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Site content is strictly prohibited.

USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to use this Site solely for lawful purposes. You may not impersonate any individual or entity, submit false information, disrupt the Site’s operation, or engage in any activity that may damage the Site or the rights of other users.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND TERMS

Payment terms, deposit conditions, and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://sentir.you/sentir-refund-policy/, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

DISCLAIMER

The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, psychological, or legal advice. All Site content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

FORCE MAJEURE

SENTIR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, travel disruptions, venue closures, or other events that make performance impossible or impracticable. In such cases, the parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SENTIR and Mariia Korneeva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or your participation in any services. Nothing in this clause limits liability in circumstances where such limitation is not permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SENTIR and Mariia Korneeva from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
