Transformation through movement and psychologically-informed practice
When was the last time your body moved not because it had to,
but because it wanted to?

Movement and plasticity
Not just choreography that needs to be learned
You will find your own way of moving.
Plasticity that comes from within, not copied from someone else’s body. Something that works specifically for you.
Body presentation
Not a pose for the camera,
but your manner
Confident, without tension or overacting.
You will learn how to look desirable simply because it’s you, not because you positioned your hand correctly.
Body awareness
Not meditation
and not therapy
You will learn to listen to your body and trust its reactions.
A feeling of calm, lightness, and joy that stays with you after the practice.
You know this feeling. You can allow yourself everything. The best trainers. Therapy. A SPA on the other side of the world. But you’ve forgotten what it’s like to move simply because it feels good. Freely. Without a goal. Without judgment. For yourself. Yet, still, captivating others.
There is a way to get it back
Five days. One on one.
With the person you haven’t heard in a long time.
With yourself.
I come to you
Time, place, all the details — I take care of. You don’t need to think about anything.
One hour a day. Five days
Not a marathon and not a one-time masterclass. Enough for something to truly change. That’s exactly how much time the body needs to remember a new state.
Only you
No groups. No other people’s gaze. The program is built for you, your request, and your state at that moment.
You and your reflection
You look in the mirror and see yourself differently.
With acceptance. With true acceptance.
What once seemed like a flaw suddenly becomes your unique charm.
A different energy
Those around you start noticing something new. A different energy. A different you. Compliments become sincere — and you feel it.
You allow yourself
Things you pushed away long ago start to surface. Childhood dreams. Hidden desires.
What you wanted to do but never allowed yourself.
Pleasure without a reason
You review your hobbies.
You start getting pleasure — true, deep —
from what you do just for yourself.
Intimacy on a new level
Your relationship with your partner changes.
A second honeymoon may begin.
You may come to understand that it’s time to part ways.
Someone new may appear.
This is yours
You become a magnet for what has always been yours. The world around senses it and changes accordingly.
It’s irreversible. It’s yours. It’s freedom.
Maria Korneeva
By education I am a psychologist with a master’s degree and many years of experience in psychological counseling in Moscow.
For many years, I worked the same way most of my colleagues do, through conversation and insight, following the methods we were taught.
But one day I had a client for whom this approach simply did not work. We kept hitting a wall: there was understanding, but very little real change. I could see that the issue was in the body, in tension patterns she could not consciously recognize.
I suggested changing the format, and our next session took place in a dance studio, one-on-one.
By that time, I already had solid dance experience. I trained with strong teachers in Moscow and Paris: Nastya Yurasova, Irina Erokho, Kristina Brodetskaya, Yanis Marshall, Alena Fox, Fraules, Léo Walk, Marion Motin.
And something unexpected happened.
What we had struggled with for a long time began to unfold during the very first session. Without effort and without trying to “figure it out”. Through movement and direct contact with the body.
This was not classical body-oriented psychotherapy. It was something different, a way of relating to oneself where dance opens access to what was previously unavailable.
Like a missing puzzle piece, dance brought this woman into a new state and changed her life.
Tanya, if you are reading this, thank you again for your courage to try something new. It all started with you.
Since then, I have been developing this practice for more than five years. Gradually, it stopped being an addition to psychology and became an independent approach.
For me now, dance is the entry point, and change happens naturally from there.
People often say I am easy to work with. I think it is because I do not “teach”, I walk alongside and help a person move through their process at their own pace, until they start feeling themselves again.
We create a movement style specifically for your request, your body, and your goal. Dance is the foundation. At the same time, we work with the body, breathing, internal blocks, and your image. Choreography begins to take shape from the very first lesson and develops from session to session. At the finale, a shoot takes place and a properly edited clip is created. You will see yourself the way others see you.
Preparatory stage
Before we begin, we have a call to discuss your request. I ask questions to understand your goal — what you want to change, feel, or discover within yourself. We also agree on organizational details: program dates, convenient time slots for sessions, and the desired location. Only after this, if you feel a match, is a prepayment made.
Based on your wishes, I organize the trip logistics, select the studio, and form the structure of the sessions. Once all details are finalized, an invoice for the remaining program fee is issued. After full payment, everything necessary for the work is arranged: studio rental, session schedule, and trip logistics. Everything is planned so that the format is as convenient as possible for you.
On the agreed day, we meet and begin the work.
What your goals can be
- To feel femininity and sexuality
- To get rid of stiffness in the body
- To overcome the fear of dancing and fear of others’ judgment
- To restore energy and tone
- To feel alive
- To become more confident with your partner
- To feel your worth among other women
Your goal may be different.
The program is tailored specifically for you.
Day 1. Introduction and beginning of movement
The goals are already clear, and the first session is for getting to know each other through the body. I observe how you move, where there is tension, and where there is freedom. We gently release restrictions and begin forming the first elements of your choreography.
Day 2. The Body
We work on flexibility, plasticity, breathing, and tone. The body becomes freer, movements more confident. The choreography continues to develop.
Day 3. The Image
We deepen the choreography and work with the image and emotional state. The movements begin to form a complete story.
Day 4. Assembly
We put everything together. We refine the choreography, reinforce the movements, and confidence and expressiveness emerge.
Day 5. Video Shoot
The final day of the program. We record the dance and create a personalized video clip — this day is the key to the transformation that will unfold day by day.
The program includes five one-on-one sessions and is fully customized for each client.
The program fee starts from $2,700.
The final price may vary depending on the city, schedule, and logistical requirements. The exact amount is determined after an initial consultation and confirmation of all details.I work with a limited number of clients each month to maintain a high level of personalized attention.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your program.
The deposit confirms your participation and allows the preparation process to begin. During this stage, we finalize session dates, location, and logistical details.
Final Payment
Once all details are confirmed, the final program fee is calculated and an invoice is issued for the remaining balance.
The invoice must be paid within three (3) business days.
After full payment is received, all elements of the program are arranged, including travel logistics and studio booking.
Refund Terms
The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel participation.
If the remaining balance is not paid on time and the client requests to reschedule the program start date, one rescheduling may be possible. In such cases, the program fee may be adjusted based on updated conditions (such as travel or studio costs).
If changes are requested after full payment, two options may be available:
- reschedule and adjust the program (additional costs may apply), or
- withdraw from the current program cycle — in this case, the remaining balance may be refunded minus any expenses already incurred, while the deposit remains non-refundable.
These terms ensure transparency and allow proper planning and organization of each program.
